I started coaching with Pamela Johnson because I wanted to work with someone who is not just coaching to get me to buy a product or go to a sales event to “worship” them. I wanted to work with someone who was truly interested in me and my business. Pamela creates an environment that fosters growth, accountability, and confidence in building my business.

Pamela is awesome! I'm a buyer's agent on a team and she meets with me 2 times per month. One time individually and one time as a team. She helps me plan and execute my monthly goals and help me to break them down and figure out the steps to help me achieve them. Meeting with her monthly helps me to stay on track and she holds me accountable to the things I need to do. My business has changed because of her. I have more time with my family and I'm still making the money I want to make.
